The Sword team is security and DBS cleared to the highest UK Government standards, meaning you can trust us with even the most confidential of assignment. Fully insured, we can work flexibly and globally, with our delivery team supported via comprehensive medical and Covid 19 arrangements as a minimum.

Rob created Sword in March 2020 to give himself, and those of a similar professional attitude, the opportunity to do what they love - to help develop those ready to enhance themselves for the future.
Over 32 years experience working at the highest level of UK training facilitation, Rob is the project sponsor for all Sword contracts.

With over 20 years experience managing large scale impactful programmes, Sarah is our lead on our day to day operations and our own governance.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Sarah specialises in marketing and programme management and is ideally equipped to guide us through our rapid growth.​

Lead Instructor
Vince provides a wide range of delivery skills both as an instructor at military and staff colleges. He has a wealth of experience in analysis, training design and delivery as well as governance and assurance.
Having Vince on board guarantees the highest of standards on our training which we mirror online.

Our ethos & values
Sword Training Solutions Ltd and its staff are dedicated to supporting service personnel in any way we can.
As an organisation, we publicly support the Armed Forces Covenant and in June 2023, we were really proud to be awarded the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award 2023 which recognised the commitment Sword Training Solutions Ltd makes to the Armed Forces Community. After only being in business for 3 years, this was a huge achievement for the team.
In 2022, we began our support of the Regimental Support Service, a social enterprise assisting The British Army. Sword Training Solutions Ltd sponsored The Blackthorn Rally in 2022. The annual event centres around some eccentric Irish Guardsman tearing around the world on quads, bikes and razors supporting local charities as they go. This time several Kenyan charities benefited from the support of the Rally members.
