Sword Role Solutions

In July 2023, we launched a new service under the Sword Training Solutions Ltd banner - Sword Role Solutions.

 

Some people may question the link between training and recruitment but for us, it's been an organic process. Since our inception, we have been directly contacted by recruiters and potential applicants alike, each asking Sword staff for their expertise in either finding the right candidate or finding the right role. These positions have been in the UK, across the Middle East and in Africa.

As part of our public commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, we've done our best to align the two asks and have seen success in such areas as:

• Training architects for multinational defence contractors

• Governance and assurance roles within the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD)

• Security operatives across the UK

• Instructional delivery positions in the UK

• Systems Approach to Training designers in the Middle East

• Identifying medics for long term contract roles in the UAE

 

We are now actively inviting CVs from individuals particularly UK MoD personnel and veterans, both Regular and Reservists, who may be seeking roles in the UK and abroad.
